Ordering: After placing an online order for delivery you will be contacted within two business hours to confirm your order, either via email or telephone. For deliveries outside of our delivery area (nationwide), we will facilitate these orders through an affiliate florist. Our flowers are hand selected in the Denver flower markets daily ensuring the highest possible quality. We will always do our very best to accommodate your preferences, it's important to know that we create our arrangements using only the most beautiful and freshest flowers of the day, so availability depends on what the market offers.

Orders must be received by noon for business deliveries and 3 pm for residential deliveries. Please include the name of the company in the recipient's address to facilitate delivery.
- Delivery Fee: A local delivery fee of $8 will be added to each order. Please note this fee will vary for rural addresses. Please contact us for specific delivery pricing. We make every attempt to make delivers as close to the times requested but cannot guarantee specific times of the day.
- Guarantee: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our flowers. We stand behind every flower that leaves our shop. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us at insert address phone and email.
- Sales Tax: Sales tax of 6.36% will be applied to all orders.
- Cancellation Policy: We cannot accept cancellations on orders en route to delivery or that have already been delivered. If there is an address change please call us at 970.353.1712. We are unable to accept cancellations via email.
